NOT COOL!!!

As you probably can figure out, today's headline in Leon, GTO's local paper is "Scorpions Attack"! The report said that 700 something got stung in April and over a 1,000 people reportedly got stung in Leon during May...SO FAR!!! Now some say they make cool tatoos, others put them in their mouth on "fear factor", some say they were a great rock band and it just so happens to be "my sign", but I don't like them. I don't "jump up on chairs", but I do look for something to swing when I see them. Tuesday night one of the members told me he needed to use the church's computer, so I went up to unlock the building. While we were talking, I happen to notice behind the front door, there was a couple of inch scorpion. Since I was in shorts and sandals, I wasn't exactly "ready for battle"! Manolo knocked it off the wall and stomped it. I tell you this story and show you this article to say, please pray for our children! The Johnson's found one in the house (pictured below) and we have started seeing them a little more frequently around the building. I'm not trying to scare anyone, so don't jump on a plane with a fumigater. Just keep our general safety in your prayers as you pray for the work. Thank you for your partnership in the gospel. We know God is using His church to do great things for His glory!
