KC's award ceremony

Today it was finally Kayson's turn to receive her acknowledge and approval from her teachers. This has been a super hard year on KC with lots of changes and transitions. She cried for the 1st couple of months at school every morning that I dropped her off. We were determined for her to grow past her fears, work on her social skills and go to school. I know many parents who can't wait to drop their kids off at school..."summer time blues" for mothers was a joke I have heard a lot of my life. We have cried with our kids and hurt as they hurt. Most of you know what I'm talking about and have experienced the same thing. All that being said, we were really proud of KC and the way she has grown and over come so many fears. She received 3rd in Ballet, Spanish certificate and 2nd in English. Kayson has been our little challenge and God clearly set out to humble us and answer our prayers of patience! We love her and can't imagine our lives without her. I'm very thankful for my family and I overwhelmed to see how they have set the standard time and time again. Thank you for your prayers for the Gary family and we would ask you to continue to keep our family, ministry and future in your prayers!
