Good encouragement!

Jay and Gene, to men from Cameron, Tx. arrived yesterday afternoon. I have know Jay and his wife Bonnie (unable to make this trip) for more than 5 years now, but met Gene for the 1st time yesterday. We took them all over Leon yesterday and have really enjoyed spending time with them. Jay LOVES Mexico and everything about it. He has a passion for sharing the gospel down here. Gene is a world traveler and also has a heart for missions. They have been a bright ray of encouragement! They have been easy going and very encouraging of our family and the Lord's work here in Leon. They even said they really enjoyed worship time this morning, despite the fact it was one of THE worst we have had in YEARS!!

Some times we become critical of the work or get our head stuck down in the mud and don't realize all the good God is doing all around us. Take a moment to praise God for His faithfulness in spite of our feebleness! He is a good God!!! Also pray that men and women will be discipled to accomplish what God has planned for Leon and beyond!
