Toluca Ladies Day

Saturday morning at 1:30 a.m., I dropped Barb and Susana off at the bus station headed for Toluca Mexico. The congregation where we worked as AIMers was having their annual ladies day. Barb said there were 320 women in attendance. Some from the region, but most were from Toluca. Carla, a dear friend and coworker, taught the classes. Barb said she was so blessed to have heard her message and be encouraged from God's word. Susana had a great time as well and they have some funny memories together during the trip to and from. Sunday morning they arrived at 2 a.m. It was a short night's sleep on the bus, but they both really felt it was worth it and were blessed by the trip. We were really thankful that Susana had the opportunity and desire to go. The only down side to the trip was our really nice digital camera was stolen! Maybe we will be able to buy one during this trip to the states early next year. I only mention that to say...you might get SICK of the above "picture", but we will share pictures whenever we can. Please continue to pray for the Leon work and the various efforts throughout Mexico. Oct. 21st will be the Guadalajara ladies day. Please keep that effort in your prayers!
