A Good VBS!
Today Sunset held a VBS at our building for the congregation and visitors. They did a great job with all the props, skits, crafts and food. It was a Jonah theme based on the Bible story using the Veggietale characters. Cindy, the "VBS lady", went all out with posters and they even dressed up two of the boys as Larry and Bob. It was a great time for the kids and even the adults enjoyed the time together. We didn't have a huge attendance, but we did meet a new family from the flyers that were pasted out! We are thankful to the Sunset group for their hard work at the children's home painting for 2 days as well as the great VBS they put on for the kids. Thank you for your prayers on their behalf and behalf of the Lord's church here in Leon, GTO. Sunset will be heading back to the states, as well as the Johnsons and the Palafoxs. Please remember them in prayer. May He forever be glorified through the church!
