Test Results

As promised, here's what I have learned today and yesterday about my health. I was tested for a huge list (27 things to be exact) of things and everything came out good. Blood sugar, Chl, etc all was about right...Chl a touch high. Heart test was fine too. My ear is giving me trouble which explains the dizziness. My blood pressure was 140/100 which is pretty high. It all boils down to stress!! My doctor prescribed "Vallarta" trip, but since my insurance doesn't cover that I will have to wait til March for that vacation when I come to see you! Thanks for your continued prayers. I'm trying to walk more and eat better. Lord willing, by April I should be seeing a lot of improvement!
