"Book Report"

I just finished reading a book I have had on the shelve for a while and finally got around to it. As you can see from the picture it is called, "What God does when Men lead" by Bill Peel. Through the length of the entire book the authors primary emphasis is on "Steward leading". The idea is that each man is given a family. The family belongs to God, but God allows us to get involved in their spiritual (and other areas) development. It is not only our priviledge, but it's also our duty! This is not a "minister's book". This book is designed for those who want to live for God and do the "9 to 5". I highly recommend this book to any man struggling with "their place" among the church or even in this world. The book is packed with great lessons and thoughts even for the "seasoned Christian man". This book would also make a great outline for a men's retreat! Though there are some "feminine comments", this book, made clear by the title, is for men. Spend the $17 and take the time to read this book!
