A Breath of Fresh Air
We look forward to this coming weekend. We will go to Toluca (where we were AIMers a hundred years ago...give or take a few) and celebrate 15 years of God's work in that city. We are thrilled to see the missionaries and look back on God's grace and blessings! We will be seeing our team mate for the first time since we left the field! Praise God for so many blessings and the way He carries us through the valleys. Last weekend was rough, but it's encouraging to see how He lifts us up!God is so good!!! He truly gives us what we need, when we need it! This week God has blessed us in so many ways through emails, prayer time with friends and a great weekend. Thursday, a friend from GTO (half an hour away) called me and asked to come and spend some time with our family. They arrived Friday midday. We spent the afternoon together and they came to our small group (not so small this week). We were four families with a TON of kids. Thanks to Ana, the kids had a good time together, so that the adults could spend some time together. Afterward, Raciel and I went to tacos. We had a good time together encouraging each other and learning from each other. Saturday morning we were up early for breakfast and then went to the temple on the hill to pray for Leon. After that we spent some time with the Rubio family. It was a great weekend just to be with good brothers and sisters in Christ and be blessed to see all God is doing in Mexico!
