TUESDAY!!!

Well, it's almost here! I know not many of you (the two people that read this blog ;), are THAT excited about this coming Tuesday. After all, the date is nothing special, the world is not expecting anything great, but in the Kingdom things are always different. This Tuesday, July 24th, Main & Oklahoma from McAlester, Ok are coming to Leon, GTO for a mission trip. Now it's always cool to receive "mission trippers", but this one is especially cool b/c they are our sponsoring congregation. Barb and I have worked with M & O since January 2000. It's been a great "ride" and we have loved them and been blessed by them for a good time now! I know God will do great things this coming week in Leon, GTO. I think it goes without saying that we love Lakeview too! Last year they blessed the work tremendously and something the lakewview group excelled in was blessing the missionaries tremendously too. Please pray for their flight and the coming week. Pray for protection against injury, good attitudes and health, but most importantly pray for open hearts as many receive for the first time an opportunity to hear the gospel. I'm really looking forward to seeing all our good friends. They are all amazing brothers and sisters in Christ!
