Lower than expected

A recent study here in Mexico showed that only 9% of Catholics attend Mass regularly. I'm pretty sure that number is higher here in Leon, GTO. There are statistics that show the population on Leon and various places here in the state of Guanajuato to be as high as 95%! It seems like everyone on our street goes to the temple on Sunday. In the afternoon it's usually "stand room only" and there's no telling how many people the church could fit. With no "space issues", I'm sure there are hundreds that sit inside. Not to mention the over flow crowd in the door way, court yard area and even out in the street. Those in the street are often talking, smoking, eating fruit, etc, but they are still "attending" mass. Please pray for the Lord's mission here in Leon, GTO as so many are bound by tradition and lies!
