Leadership Class
Last night we had our 2nd leadership class for the men. Last August we were excited to see 2 young men attend the class, in hopes of seeing them grow in the Lord. Similar to the last class, Chris challenged the group with scripture dealing with leadering singing and worship. Omar spoke about preparing sermons and classes, as well as characteristics of leaders. I spoke a little about spiritual gifts and various ministry opportunities. The food was great thanks to Jessica, Tana and Barb. The night in general was a great success and we would ask you to continue to pray for these men as they desire to grow in the Lord. We were thrilled to see nearly 20 in attendance this year with a few of those men being visitors!
